Substitute Pay
Through the generosity of our sponsors a limited number of scholarships are available to cover registration fees and to provide substitute pay.
Instructions for Claiming Substitute Pay:
Within 45 days of the date of the workshop please have your district invoice us at:

Your invoice should indicate the name(s) of teachers who attended the workshop, the workshop date and the title of the workshop.
Do not invoice Accounts Payable at Western. Funds for payment come from a special account with the Western Foundation.

Remember that the maximum reimbursement amount is $140 per teacher per day.
